The Forms Only Package includes:

  • a rental application
  • residential lease
  • option agreement
  • tips sheet, and
  • sample advertising ads.

Please be sure to have your attorney review these forms for compliance and enforceability in your state! The agreement(s) will be e-mailed to you in MS Word format. The cost is only $39.00.

Option 2 - Forms Package with Consultation - $179.00
For the one-time fee of $179.00, you receive the Forms Package (above) customized to meet your specific R & R terms and conditions. We will review your terms and advise you of ways to maximize your returns while minimizing risk. This includes

  • reviewing your proposed rent amount
  • option consideration
  • option price
  • renewal terms
  • tenant profile
  • application and characteristics.

We will show you ways to increase your rental income and option consideration! Then we will create the required forms for you and e-mail to you in MS Word format.

Option 3 - Marketing Your Home - $300.00
You need to find a qualified tenant buyer quickly. A qualified tenant buyer must have acceptable option consideration funds, first months rent, adequate income, and a willingness to take possession within a reasonable time frame. We will help you find the best tenant buyers quickly.

  • We work with you one on one to develop a powerful marketing plan (for up to 30 days) that will have your phone ringing off the hook.
  • We consult with you to create the advertisement(s), placement in the paper, how to screen and qualify the potential buyers to see if they can meet your terms and provide tips for showing your home.
  • When you have a tenant buyer who agrees to your terms, we will draft the appropriate documents and agreements for you to review with your lawyer for local compliance.

The nominal cost for these proven successful marketing services is approximately the cost of a lunch per day…only $300.00 for up to 30 days!

Option 4 - Full Service - Marketing, Screening, and Negotiating the Best Deal - (BEST VALUE)
This is where you will realize your best value.

Finding a qualified tenant buyer quickly is one thing, but once you do find one, you don't want to make a mistake or overlook something while trying to negotiate the best deal you can. Maybe you just don't have the time, knowledge, or experience to accomplish the results you need. This is where we can really help.
